The E-Hotel Makati - Makati City

hotel makati is a gem in the midst of the bustling city. Close to greenbelt, the spacious and modern rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a great choice. Exceeded expectations!

For the value I paid, I was satisfied with the size of the bed and room at E-Hotel. The location was convenient, being close to the business district, eateries, and a convenience store. The staff, especially Kenneth and the lady with him during our check-in, were courteous, accommodating, and always had a cheerful attitude. They were quick to respond to our requests and inquiries, such as providing drinking water, extra soap, and even cleaning up a flooded bathroom floor. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

One of the best locales for Greenbelt complexes, room was actually quite spacious, although some of the appliances may seem a little run down but nonetheless - the important thing is - they do work!

Unfortunately I can only rate Good for comfort and Fair for Location (despite my favour of it being short walking distance to the Greenbelt) - because I have not unfortunately had some good sleep over my six nights stay. Arnaiz Ave is a relatively busy road, especially from midnight to around 4:00AM with trucks consistently passing by. So for me (stayed at the 4th floor); still had difficulties sleeping.

The rooms were comtempary, modern, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was really good. The odd number rooms had a mini balcony that u could smoke on.

Had to switch rooms due to huge stain in the carpet in the first room they gave us, second room was good, no wifi in rooms, only the lobby. If your over five feet 8, u might have troubles showering as the ceiling in the shower is only five feet nine inches high.

Location, location, location! Less than a 5 minute walk from Greenbelt, the nicest (at least safest and cleanest) part of Manila. Room size was really good, with twin room actually having 2 double beds. It was also very quiet, which is a luxury in the Philippines. I stayed 2 non-consecutive nights, and could leave some luggage at the hotel in between.

Internet didn't work; my devices connected to the wi-fi, but couldn't get internet access.

location very close to Glorietta, Landmark and all shopping areas in Makati area. 5min walking distances. Staff was very accommodating, kept my suitcase in storage for 3days while I was away from the city. Service was good. Stayed only 1night there.

Furniture chairs needed updating, the shower leaked and oddly situated and hallways also needed updating, pretty old carpet.

The E-Hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in their basic amenities, such as the rooms with two large-sized beds and a bathtub, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is also a major plus, situated in a safe and accessible area of Makati.

No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

The situation is very good for shopping in Manilla. 5 minutes walk from the greenbelt shopping malls and other shops. Good quality for the price.

No real restaurant, there are just a few tables but located in the lobby just in front of the elevator.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and eager to please, offering good service throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail like two large-sized beds and a bathtub. The hotel also provides basic amenities such as wifi and breakfast.

All was fine and met our expectations.

It was a very pleasant atmosphere in a great location

I decided to stay there because they offered free internet which was important for my business. Unfortunately the internet was down most of the time which created major problems for me.
